Yields: 6 bagels
Ingredients:

4 cups flour (unbleached, gluten free or almond)

2 cup plain greek yogurt

2 tbsp baking powder

Toppings of choice
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F

In a large mixing bowl, add your flour, baking powder, and greek yogurt.

Mix and knead until a dough forms.

Split your dough into 8 pieces and form your bagels
-
This step is optional, however, an egg wash will create a golden brown color.

Add any toppings of choice

Bake for 25 -30 minutes until your bagels are cooked through!
