2 Ingredient Bagels — Low Carb Love™



Yields: 6 bagels

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour (unbleached, gluten free or almond)

  • 2 cup plain greek yogurt 

  • 2 tbsp baking powder 

  • Toppings of choice 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your flour, baking powder, and greek yogurt. 

  3. Mix and knead until a dough forms. 

  4. Split your dough into 8 pieces and form your bagels

  5. This step is optional, however, an egg wash will create a golden brown color. 

  6. Add any toppings of choice 

  7. Bake for 25 -30 minutes until your bagels are cooked through!

  8. Slice and enjoy!
