Ingredients:

¼ cup pepperoni slices

½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese or mozzarella

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional – Seasonings of choice – ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, italian seasoning

Ranch for dipping
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F
-
Line your baking tray with parchment paper

Next, make circles with your cheese and lay your pepperoni slices on top
-
Top with some more cheese
-
Season with salt and pepper or any seasonings you want making sure you coat everything evenly.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. This is optional – but at the halfway mark, you can add additional pepperoni slice on top (to make it look nicer)

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
