3 High Protein Smoothies — Low Carb Love™

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup coffee or 1 shot espresso 

  • 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

  • Sweetener to taste 

  • Whipped cream to top

  • Chocolate chips 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop of vanilla  protein powder

  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter 

  • Sweetener to taste 

  • Whipped cream to top

  • Chocolate syrup and extra peanut butter to drizzle 

  • Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add everything for each smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth!
