3 Ingredient Ice Cream Bars



 

 

Yields: 4 bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla protein yogurt 

  • ½ cup sugar free dark chocolate chips, melted  

  • ¼ cups roasted almonds, diced 

  • Optional – Sugar free honey or maple syrup

  • Popsicle sticks or wooden spoons

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. Dollop your yogurt into circles. You can add any additional sweetener at this point. 

  3. Place your popsicle sticks down and freeze for 1-2 hours

  4. Remove from the freezer and dip in melted chocolate 

  5. Coat with almonds and throw it back into the freezer. 

  6. Enjoy!
