Ingredients:

¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter

¼ cup sugar free honey
-
½ cup vanilla protein powder

1 cup Choczero sugar free dark chocolate chips

Optional – Sea salt to top
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, add your peanut butter, honey and protein powder and mix well

Using a loaf pan, line your pan with parchment paper and pour your batter in.

Flatten with a spatula and place in the fridge.

In a separate mixing bowl, add your chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.

Pour your melted chocolate on top of your peanut butter mixture.

Top with sea salt and place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

Cut into bars and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
