Ingredients:

1 egg

1 cup avocado oil or olive oil

1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt
Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or mixing bowl.

Let it settle for 5 minutes before you start mixing.

Hold the immersion blender down all the way to the bottom, turn it on and hold still for 1-2 minutes.

Start moving the immersion blender up and down until you reach you’re desired mayonnaise consistency.
