Ingredients:

1 lb chicken, cubed or sliced

1 cup homemade or store bought pesto

1 box low carb pasta, cooked and cooled (Kaizen)

½ cup grape tomatoes, cut in halves
-
¼ cup parmesan shavings
-
¼ cup mozzarella balls
-
4-5 basil leaves
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

If you haven’t already, cook your pasta as per box instructions

In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix.

Cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve!
