Looking for vegan and vegetarian meal prep ideas to make your life easier? Then check out this amazing collection of 25 Best Vegan Meal Prep Recipes for a range of delicious nutritionally balanced meals that are perfect for meal prep.
Meal prep can make your life so much easier! You just make up a batch of a delicious, nutritionally balanced recipe and then portion it into individual meal prep containers to grab and go for meals during the week. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, meal prep certainly comes in handy during your busy week. Individually portioning out meals that include a protein, starch/grain, and vegetable is an easy, healthy way to plan your eating for the week. Unlike a lot of frozen meals, you can create the perfect portion size for your nutrition needs, and you can control the ingredients because you are the chef! How to do meal prep? I suggest doing meal prep on your day off, after you’ve done your shopping for the week (In fact, you might want to decide on your meal prep recipes to make a shopping list before you go to the market.) Then you can whip out a couple of recipes for bowls, pasta dishes, hearty salads, and stews to create a batch of food, then portion out your individual meals into airtight glass containers and store in the fridge. Depending on the recipe, you can microwave your meal prep or eat it cold. I was so excited to ask some of my favorite bloggers to share their favorite plant-based meal prep recipes in this collection of 25 Best Vegan Meal Prep Recipes. I’m including several of my own favorite meal prep recipes, too. You’ll find a range of high protein meal prep ideas here, including delicious bowls, global cuisine, bean and rice dishes, lasagna, and much more. Enjoy!

Sharon
