However, the Spanish sensation has another unfortunate news following his disappointing exit in Madrid.
After losing against Andrey Rublev, Alcaraz had a meeting with his team members. In that meeting, he explained how he felt sensations in his right arm while playing in the tournament. For those unknown, Alcaraz suffered a right forearm injury earlier this year which kept him on the sidelines for a few tournaments.
