Chicken Caesar Pizza



 

 

Yields: 8 Slices

Ingredients:

Chicken Crust:

  • 2 lb ground chicken

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

  • Seasonings to taste 

Caesar Salad:

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce 

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup caesar dressing (store bought or homemade)

  • ½ cup shaved parmesan

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

  • Black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese and seasonings in a large bowl until everything is well combined. 

  3. Press the chicken mixture into a parchment lined pan, spread out evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. 

  5. While this is baking, assemble your caesar salad by adding romaine lettuce, dressing, parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Toss. 

  6. Remove crust from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. 

  7. Top pizza with caesar dressing, salad, add additional shaved parmesan cheese and black pepper. 

  8. Slice and enjoy!
