1 cup butter, softened

3 cups fine almond flour

½ cup cocoa powder

4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

6 eggs

1 cup powdered sweetener

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Chocolate Frosting

3/4 cup cold heavy cream

1 ½ cups Choczero sugar free chocolate chips (milk or dark) (discount code: lowcarblove)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 F.

Using a large bowl, add everything into your mixing bowl, and mix until everything is combined. Do not overmix.

Prepare your 8-inch pan and line with parchment.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

In the meantime, make your frosting.

Whip your cold coconut cream until stiff peaks and fold in your chocolate.

Let your cake cool completely before frosting.
