This exciting program will look very different to anything we have ever done before!
The EMPOWER Program has a library of instructional videos showing you how to correctly lift weights, using dumbbells, a kettlebell or a barbell.
Build strength, improve your fitness and challenge yourself with our brand new EMPOWER program!
If you choose this program in app a workout will be prescribed to you 3 days per week, each week you will receive an upper body workout, a lower body workout and a total body workout. Each workout in this program is approximately 30 minutes long and designed to help you build your confidence, strength and fitness.
