Money Not a Problem for Bryce as LeBron James’ Millionaire Son Possibly Pays More to Government Than Caitlin Clark’s WNBA Salary

Bryce James, 16, is already making millions. Being a star kid has its own set of pros and cons, and inheriting the GOAT gene is one of them. Fortunately, both kids of LeBron James inherited valuable genes from their father, which is allegedly helping them to sign lucrative NIL deals. Interestingly, Bryce’s income tax on NIL deals is way more than the WNBA No. 1 draft pick’s salary. By what margin, you ask? Let’s find out.

While Bryce is making $1,200,000 with his NIL deal, Caitlin Clark‘s WNBA salary is only $76,000. Of course, Clark’s salary is way more than average, yet it isn’t enough to equalize the $144,560 which is paid by LeBron James’ son as tax. Notably, Bryce is a 3-star prospect and the No. 102 player in the 2025 high school class.

Caitlin Clark, on the other hand, is the WNBA’s No. 1 draft pick and a boon for the WNBA, according to many. Not only this but after she arrived in the WNBA, the league has witnessed a significant upsurge in viewership. In short, all these factors make her worthy of a lucrative NBA package. But Clark is not getting paid less!

Caitlin Clark vs. James’ boys

The 22-year-old Fever’s star is already one of the top-paid college athletes, achieving impressive feats at a very young age. According to NIL Valuation, Clark ranks 4th below Olivia Dunne with $3.1 million. Her NIL deal is $1.9 million more than Bryce James, who sits at No. 14 with his $1.2 million.

While Bryce James’ NIL valuation, considering his age, is pretty impressive. However, it is not enough to beat Clark. This is where LeBron James’ other son reads a different value. Bronny James, with an NIL valuation of $4.9 million, sits at No. 1 in the list of highest-paid college athletes. Not only this, but he gives tough competition to Clark and other collegiate athletes beneath him.

Moving on, the 6’6″ shooting guard has a crystal clear aim to achieve, for which he can follow his elder brother Bronny James’ footsteps. As he stands in the middle of offers from Duquesne and Ohio State, there are chances he might get into his preferred college. In addition, he might also revise his NIL deals considering the fact that he was left out of the USA’s roster as he was 16.

Overall, being a star kid definitely adds to the popularity, as both sons of the James family are already ruling the charts in terms of income. But the question is: as time rolls, will the James siblings find their way into the NBA? Stay tuned to find out!
