These maple chicken sausage patties from Wal-Mart are one of my favorites to have for breakfast the morning. I’ll serve them with some scrambled eggs and cheese for an easy low carb breakfast.

- 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil or olive oil spray

How to Make Air Fryer Breakfast Sausages
Step 1 Preheat the Air Fryer:Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2 Place some parchment paper down in your air fryer basket and add the sausage patties. They do not need to be thawed. The parchment paper is optional.
Step 3Season with salt and pepper and then use a cooking spray. Set the timer for 5 to 6 minutes. And close the basket.
