As I was leaving the house, Andrew asked if I had a fear of being thirsty due to the fact I was leaving with three bottles.
The week of the fourth is always my favorite because we have so much family come into town on both sides!

Last year, I met a guy named Todd at a race when I was passing out Core Power and he is connected and helps all of the pro runners in Utah.
He threw a huge party for all of the Utah pros to celebrate how they did at the trials… My kids were very excited because his house is incredible.
So many olympians were there… Courtney Wayment!
Along with Diljeet Taylor and Ed Eyestone (coaches)!
