The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is a popular seasonal beverage offered by various coffee shops, most notably by Starbucks. This drink combines the rich, robust flavor of cold brew coffee with the comforting, warm notes of pumpkin and spices, making it a favorite during the fall months. Here’s a breakdown of its main components:
My favorite Fall drink at Starbucks is the Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam. It’s 250 calories and maybe close to 14 points on WW. If you go to the Starbucks app and try to order one they will say exactly what is all listed in the recipe and you can customize it to your liking. Sometimes when I order this drink on their app, I’ll sub brown sugar syrup instead of vanilla syrup and it’s 10 times better.

What Ingredients do I need?
In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain ingredients. I also will try and list out what the ingredients’ purpose is for.
- Cold Brew – I haven’t figured out how to make my own cold brew coffee yet so I’ve just been using Stoks brand. You can also find the Starbucks brands in stores as well.
- Vanilla Syrup – Starbucks adds 2 pumps of vanilla syrup to their Grande size. If you wish to make this lower in calories or more macro-friendly use sugar-free syrups and sauces.
- Torani Vanilla Flavored Coffee Syrup Flavoring – comes with a pump
- Heavy Cream and Milk to make cold foam. I use a handheld milk frother to make the foam and so far those have been my favorite. They are much easier to clean.
- Zulay Original Milk Frother Handheld Foam Maker for Lattes – Whisk Drink Mixer for Coffee, Mini Foamer
- Pumpkin Sauce – Get the brand from Torani because this is almost exactly like the pumpkin sauce at Starbucks.
- Torani Puremade Pumpkin Pie Sauce, 16.5 Ounces
