Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour 240g
- 1.5 cups chobani fat free Greek yoghurt 375g
- 3 tbsp no added sugar tomato sauce 60g
- 250 grams extra lean beef mince
- 1/2 brown onion, diced 50g
- 1 tsp cooking oil spray
- 1 tsp garlic powder 1g
- 1 tsp onion powder 1g
- 2 tsp mixed dried herbs 2g
- A pinch of salt .5g
- Pepper to taste .5g
- 1/2 cup burger Pickles, finely diced 100g
- 1 cup smoked cheese, grated 125g
- 1 tbsp American mustard 20g
- 1 tbsp no added sugar tomato sauce 20g
- 2 tsp black or white sesame seeds 8g

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper, then set it aside.

Heat a medium frying pan over a medium heat and cook the onion and mince until browned, add the garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt & pepper, mix well, then remove from the heat.

Prepare the pizza dough by combining the flour and yoghurt to form a dough.

Then roll the dough out into a rectangle shape, rolling until it is about 1cm thick.

Top the dough with the tomato sauce, meat mixture, pickles and cheese.

Place into the oven to bake until the cheese is melted and golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, drizzle with the remaining tomato sauce, mustard and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Slice into 8 pieces to serve, 2 slices is one serve.
