Ingredients:
Crust:

1 cup low fat cottage cheese

2 eggs

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:

½ cup low sugar pizza sauce

¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Pepperoni, or whichever toppings you’d like
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Add all of your ingredients for your crust to a blender or food processor and blend until thoroughly combined (no clumps).

Using a pizza pan, line it with parchment paper and add your crust batter.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, your crust will brown.

Add your toppings and bake or broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.

Allow your pizza to cool, cut and slice!
