Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Chocolate Smoothie Mix 2 tbsps
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/2 cup ice
