Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1/4 cup plain vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or honey

  • 1 cup ice 

  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.

  2. Add whipped cream or toppings of choice!

Cookies and Cream Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup plain vanilla yogurt

  • 2-3 low carb chocolate sandwich cookies

  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or honey

  • 1 cup ice 

  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.

  2. Add whipped cream or toppings of choice!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tbsp low carb fruity cereal 

  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or honey

  • 1 cup ice 

  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.

  2. Add whipped cream or toppings of choice!
