Ingredients:

10 napa cabbage leaves

1 pound ground turkey or ground beef

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 bunch green onion, chopped

3 medium carrots, diced
-
1 cup mushrooms, diced
-
2 tbsp soy sauce (you can use coconut aminos or tamari as well)
-
2 tbsp sriracha
-
1 – 2tbsp sugar free honey
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp ginger powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg
Toppings:

Green onion
-
Soy sauce or tamari
-
Sesame seeds
Directions:

Add your cabbage leaves to boiling water for 2-3 minutes and set aside on a plate.

Add your ground turkey to a pan over medium-high heat with your avocado oil.

Add your green onion, carrots, mushrooms and sauté.
-
Add your seasonings, soy sauce, sriracha, and sugar free honey. Sauté and set aside.

Add your mixture to the cabbage leaves, roll, and pan fry until they are crispy to your liking!

Dip in soy sauce and enjoy!
