It’s done! 3 miles with 4 strides and I loved how strong I felt on the strides.
Salt bagels were yesterday’s theme on my way to 500 grams of carbs for day two. For some reason, the carb load hasn’t felt difficult this time to get it all in… maybe it will today?
I also went through a few servings of this goodness:
Andrew made and laminated my splits to slip into my pocket! These are my dream splits for tomorrow and I’m going to give it my absolute best. Splits are from Iain Hunt’s St. George calculator! They correlate perfectly with the ups and downs of St. George.
Putting a goal out on the internet is always a little scary, but I figure either way, it’s a win! I either hit it, or I help others feel less alone that we don’t always hit our goals no matter how hard we work for them…
I can’t wait to hit every one of them tomorrow (<–every cell listens to our thoughts)!

*I’ve seen this all over and decided to try it finally. The price tag wasn’t fun ($4) but it was delicious. I added a bunch of pebble ice to it and loved this flavor. A nice way to get in 20g of protein and caffeine when you want something light!
*It takes a lot for me to love a romantic comedy, and this one was absolutely perfect. I need another season. Now. Andrew wanted only to watch one episode at a time so we wouldn’t go through it quickly, but I could not. Second place romantic comedy IMO–> Always Be My Maybe.
*This Walmart sweater that looks like it is way more than it is… and it is SO soft!
*I’ve tried many many hair masks over the years and have determined that nothing compares to this one. I’ve gone through many tubes of it and the price is amazing.
