1 Ingredient Chip



 

 

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites 

  • 1.5 tsp water

  • Seasonings of choice

    • ΒΌ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your egg whites and water, seasonings and water and froth.

  3. Using a mini cupcake baking tray or regular cookie tray, use a cookie scoop and pour about 1 tsp into each chips onto your tray. 

  4. Grate your parmesan cheese on top and bake!

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes and allow to cool.
