Romaine,Avocado and Bacon Salad with Warm Balsamic Dressing is a wonderful addition to a winter meal. The combination of salty bacon, buttery avocado, crisp lettuce and warm balsamic is a wonderful variety of flavors!
The salad is a combination of romaine lettuce, avocado, bacon and it’s topped with a warm balsamic dressing. I know a warm dressing can sound a little different, but trust me…it’s so,so good!
The salad would be fantastic paired with white dinner rolls,or fermented sourdough.
There are many varieties of balsamic, but for this recipe,a basic organic balsamic vinegaris a good choice.
For some extra flavor, you can add a fried or poached egg on top of the salad. This combination would be perfect for brunch!
