If you’re a fan of the classic campfire treat, then you’re in for a delicious twist with s’more bombs. These delightful morsels bring traditional s’mores flavors into a compact, easy-to-make delight that’s perfect for any occasion.
Do you remember the Bacon Cheddar Bombs I made a while ago? When I’m at work, I like to keep a little sheet of paper beside my desk so I can write down recipe ideas whenever one pops up in my head. Like this one. I wanted to create a dessert “bomb” that was completely the opposite of a savory bomb.
Why not stuff some Hershey’s chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs into a biscuit and bake/fry it?? Then, I took some Nutella drizzled it all over the bombs and dusted them with powdered sugar.
What Are S’more Bombs?
S’more bombs are a modern take on the much-loved s’mores. They encapsulate the gooey marshmallow, creamy chocolate, and crunchy graham cracker goodness into a portable, bite-sized treat. Unlike traditional s’mores, which require a campfire or at least an open flame, s’more bombs can be made effortlessly in your kitchen. They’re the perfect way to enjoy the essence of s’mores without needing to venture outdoors.
Ingredients Needed
If you haven’t worked with 2 ingredient dough before it can be a tricky dough to work with. It is equal parts Greek yogurt and flour.
Flour your rolling pin to help with sticking. Place the dough in the fridge for up to an hour. The dough will become a little harder but it will be easier to work with.
Chocolate I use a Hershey’s Miniature Dark chocolate bar because it fits perfect in the center of the dough. Chocolate chips can be used as well.
How to make S’more Bombs
