Zero Carb Tortillas



 

 

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken 

  • Seasonings of choice – garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F 

  2. In a mixing bowl, add your chicken and seasonings and mix. 

  3. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Roll out your chicken tortillas into ¼ inch circles. 

  5. Bake for 20 mins and let it cool slightly. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
