Easy Miso Glazed Salmon:
So, this is just how easy this recipe is to make:
1.Whisk together a five ingredient miso glaze.
2.Brush salmon with glaze and marinate for 1-3 hours.
3.Bake salmon in oven. Voila! You’re done.
The Miso Glaze:
Miso is a fermented soy paste. It comes in white and red versions, you can use either. I chose red for this recipe because I like the color for this recipe, but white is petty too! For this delicious glaze simply whisk together Miso paste, soy sauce, honey, white rice vinegar and sesame oil. Super easy!
Cooking the Salmon:
Again, so easy! Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, then broil for the last three. Your salmon will come out perfectly tender.
