Crater Lake National Park Campground Maps

Crater Lake Lost Creek Campground Map
Crater Lake Lost Creek is available for tent camping only, with just 16 sites available. Wood campfires are allowed and there are no showers, running water, or flush toilets. It is open for the summer season, usually from June to October depending on the weather.
Advance registration is not possible and camping spots are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis every morning. Would-be campers must arrive early to find a spot.

The only legal way to reach the coast of Crater Lake and dip your toes in its cold water is by way of the Cleetwood Cove Trail. This trail is 1.1 miles one-way but does feature a 700-foot drop in elevation with stone surfaces that are often slippery. Don’t attempt this hike if you aren’t sure if you can make the way back up.
