Air Fryer Baked Apples (Cheesecake)

Cheesecake stuffed apples are perfect if you’re craving a slice of cheesecake but only want to make one single serving.

Skinny Cheesecake Stuffed Apples

I do like pumpkin during the Fall season, but sometimes you just have to let the apples step in. Have you gotten sick of all the pumpkin flavored food yet? I’m not yet, had some pumpkin cheese cake ice cream the other day ago at Coldstone and it was delicious.

Now, I’m in the mood for apples. It is mandatory, during the Fall season that you must go apple picking at least once. Now that I’m single, I do not need to have a gazillion bags of picked apples from the orchard, so I just go to the grocery store and get one or 3 of them for myself.

What Ingredients do I need for Cheesecake Stuffed Apples?

In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain check here

  • Butter – The best butter to use for baking is unsalted butter so you can control the amount of salt that goes into the recipe.
  • Brown Sugar  – Sugar or regular granulated sugar, I do not use sugar substitutes in any of my recipes but if you know the conversions feel free to do so
  • Cinnamon   – for a fresh warm scent
  • Apples  – Any kind –  red or green. Use whatever is fresh or on sale at the time.
  • Cream Cheese – regular, reduced-fat, or fat-free
  • Powdered Sugar – for sweetness, helps blend better together with the cream cheese
  • Vanilla Extract  As Ina Garten always says use a good pure vanilla extract. No imitation vanilla please! Vanilla extract is made by combing vodka and fresh vanilla beans to a glass jar. This has to sit for a couple of days for the vodka to smart smelling like vanilla beans.
