Air Fryer Steak Fajitas – Recipe Diaries

These air fryer steak fajitas are a delicious, quick, and healthy meal perfect for any day of the week. They are sure to become a family favorite!

Steak fajitas are a classic Tex-Mex dish that’s both flavorful and easy to prepare. By using an air fryer, you can achieve perfectly cooked, tender steak with a slightly charred exterior, combined with vibrant, crunchy vegetables. Below is a simple recipe to make mouth-watering steak fajitas in your air fryer.

Aldi always impresses me with their products and their grass fed steaks and pizza dough are two products I get there every month. Aldi has some pretty amazing grass fed steak and beef that comes in a package of two and I used that to make these steaks. I guarantee you, if you love shopping at Aldi like me you can even find all these ingredients there to make a cheap dinner with.

  • Add optional toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, or fresh cilantro if desired.

What to Serve with Steak Fajitas

Steak fajitas are a delightful and flavorful dish on their own, but pairing them with the right sides can elevate your meal to the next level. Here are some delicious options to complement your steak fajitas:

Mexican Rice A classic side dish, Mexican rice is a flavorful blend of rice, tomatoes, onions, and spices. Its savory taste pairs perfectly with the rich flavors of steak fajitas.

Refried Beans Creamy and smooth, refried beans are a staple in Tex-Mex cuisine. They provide a comforting, hearty addition that balances the spiciness of the fajitas.

Chips and Salsa Nothing beats a classic combo of crispy tortilla chips and fresh salsa. Consider offering a variety of salsas, such as pico de gallo, mango salsa, or roasted tomato salsa, to appeal to different tastes.

Guacamole Creamy, zesty guacamole is always a crowd-pleaser. Its rich texture and tangy flavor pair well with the spices in the fajitas.

Smoked Queso Dip A warm, cheesy queso dip with jalapeños or chorizo can be a deliciously indulgent side that complements the savory steak.
