LIV Golf’s Anthony Kim does not hold back on social media. Friday, he once again refused to pull his punches, instead landing a haymaker on Golf Channel analyst Brandel Chamblee.
Since he returned to the public eye, his tactic has been to be blatantly honest.
Kim has been through a lot. He left professional golf over a decade ago and essentially disappeared. The 38-year-old resurfaced at the beginning of the year and signed with LIV Golf as a wildcard player.
His return to professional golf has been challenging. Kim has finished close to the bottom of the leaderboard at the various LIV events, prompting Chamblee to comment on his play.
All those struggles could be why he laid into Chamblee on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Ramble Chamblee @chambleebrandel, you’re such a pu**y for beating on your chest and basically saying never retreat and hypocritically retreat. It is well known this talentless fool is disliked by most people in the golf world. You still going to cover golf if LIV Golf is involved,” Kim wrote.
Earlier Friday, Chamblee flip-flopped his views and expressed why the PGA Tour needs to make a deal with Saudi PIF and LIV Golf.
Kim roasted him for the apparent change of heart.
Ramble Chamblee @chambleebrandel ur such a pussy 4 beating on ur chest & basically saying never retreat & hypocritically retreat. It is well known this talentless fool is disliked by most people in the golf world. U still gonna cover golf if @livgolf_league is involved?

Chamblee has been one of LIV Golf’s most prominent critics. Yet, his opinion has since reversed.
“The time is now to [Rory McIlroy’s] point about making a deal, I wouldn’t have said that a year ago, I don’t think there are a lot of people within the world of golf that would be particularly enamored with the idea of making this deal,” Chamblee said on Golf Central late Thursday. “But it is the better end of the bargain at this point.”
The analyst has called out LIV and their “dictatorial murderer” every chance he has had. The 61-year-old has gone on Twitter rants, picked fights with players like Phil Mickelson, and made it clear he does not like this deal.
This change of heart makes his timing feel suspicious, too, since it was recently announced Chamblee would join the NBC Sports team for the U.S. Open at Pinehurst.
