Palo Santo Sticks: I LOVE palo santo. I first discovered it in a yoga studio years back, and ever since I have been enchanted with its aroma. Similar to a sage smudge, you light the stick for a short time, then shake it to blow it out and allow the fragrant smoke to billow through your room. This brand Luna Sundara is an eco-friendly, affordable vegan gif.
California Balsamic: With bottles starting at $10, you can tuck a couple of fave flavors in a stocking, or include in a food gift basket. I highly recommend the Teriyaki Balsamic!

Yu Tea: I learned about this company from a reader The story behind Yu tea is heartwarming. The founder, Kiyomi, started the company when both her husband and mother were diagnosed with cancer. She turned to green tea, well known in Japan for its health properties.
