Why was it you wanted to join the MAN v FAT coaching community in the first place?
As a Health Coach and Personal Trainer, most of my work was centred around private and corporate clients.  While that work hold may gratifying aspects, I wanted to put my knowledge into a community based programme.

The first time I came across MAN v FAT Football, I knew this would be the perfect opportunity to do so. I was right – the community element of MAN v FAT is one of the most rewarding factors of being a coach in the programme.

Talk to us about why MAN v FAT has been such an important part of your life
Having a sense of purpose in the work I do has always been a goal, one that has not always been achieved in the past. MAN v FAT’s principles are aligned to my personal vision of what a healthy lifestyle entails.

Being a coach in MAN v FAT gives me the scope to support men wishing to lose weight and improve their health, but also aligns to many of the values I live by.

How proud are you of what you contributed to MAN v FAT and the support you’ve provided to men in your area (and beyond)?
My sense of self flourishes best in quiet satisfaction knowing that, on any given night, I am lucky enough to potentially help someone make small but significant changes to their lifestyle. Over the years, nothing makes me more proud than knowing I have helped them take control of their health and watching them flourish.

Why do you think MAN v FAT works as a programme to support men of all ages?
Building a supportive community of like minded men with a common goal – a simple idea that has been executed time and time again with success throughout Britain and beyond in the near future.
