Why Carnivore Chili?
Before when I would make chili,I would add in a can of chili beans (for fiber) but with carnivore chili you leave the fiber out.
Carnivore chili is not your average bowl of chili. While traditional recipes often include a mix of vegetables and beans, carnivore chili focuses on a variety of meats, making it a protein-packed powerhouse. It’s perfect for those following a high-protein or low-carb diet,or for anyone who simply loves the taste of succulent meats. With its rich flavors and robust texture, this chili is sure to become a staple in your recipe repertoire.
I chose to only use grassfed ground beef for my chili but feel free to add other types of beef like pork or beef chuck.
The other ingredients you should already have in your pantry such as the spices and beef broth.
