Equipment
Equipment can have a big impact on how a recipe turns out. Stone bakeware takes longer to heat up than metal pans, and also retain heat for longer, which could make the recipe more watery,or burnt on the outsides.
I like to use an insulated pizza pan to make this chicken crust with.
Storage
Prepare the salad kit the day you plan on making this pizza and just keep it stored in the fridge. If you try to save any left overs the lettuce will probably wilt so eat this the day of.
You can make the chicken pizza crust the day ahead and keep it stored in an air tight container. Just bake it off in the oven when you are ready to make it!
