This post today is sponsored by Stanley 1913! You can find the full Winter Wonderland Collection (the colors are so good!) exclusively at DICK’S Sporting Goods. It will be gone after the holidays so make sure to grab it now! They make the perfect gift that your people can use all year round.
One of the many things I love about Stanley 1913 is they have something that works perfectly for every event.
The double-wall vacuum insulation on the 10 oz Go Everyday Tumbler keeps whatever you fill it with the perfect temp. I cannot get enough of the shimmer on these… it reminds me of snow.
My sister is pretty dang happy with the 40 oz. Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler from Stanley 1913! Whether it’s water or her green smoothie that she has every day, this tumbler keeps cold things cold. It fits perfectly in the car cupholder and is dishwasher safe!
My mom is really inspiring me with her aqua jogging. She got out there at 72 years old and tried a new to her form of exercise. It doesn’t matter your age or your activity, the 30 oz. Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler from Stanley 1913 is the perfect size tumbler to bring along. It keeps your drinks cold for 9 hours and she is loving this early Christmas present we gave to her.
The 24 oz. Stay-Hot Camp Mug from Stanley 1913 is a current fave for me as an afternoon Uber driver for my kids;). I love to bring a warm drink with me getting them around town. This mug is going to last forever!
The 20 oz. AeroLight Transit Bottle from Stanley 1913 is SO light making it easy to bring on a walk, a commute, or anywhere you are off to. The lid is leakproof making it so easy to throw into your bag.
Stanley’s 20 oz. Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler with Handle and their Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler 14oz are seriously so cute (why are smaller versions of bigger products adorable?!).
As we are approaching what feels like the busiest time of the year, I wanted to share ten things I’m focusing on to stay healthy and feeling my best through it all. There’s nothing like an injury or illness to wake you up and see how incredibly important it is to truly take care of ourselves. This lower back injury that I experienced was quite the perspective switch for me and has me going back to the basics of overall wellness!
*Drink enough water! Thank you, Stanley 1913 for helping me to do. I get quite the headaches when I don’t properly hydrate and the only way for me to do so is to continually carry my Stanley 40 oz. Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler with me everywhere we go.
*Find time to be quiet and still. I’m not much of a meditator but in order to feel my best, I have to have a few minutes each day where I am alone, quiet, and still. Usually, this involves writing in my journal but I’ll take anything for a few moments of stillness each day.
*Steps. I have fallen in love with walking. I’ve been using my walking pad when I work and sitting way less. I feel like walking throughout the day has helped me to stress less, concentrate better, and feel more creative.
*My Vitamin D supplement. Winter makes this an absolute must for me to feel good. If things are feeling off, I always go in for blood work to see where I am at and my Vitamin D levels are usually needing help!
*Just because we aren’t out there sweating to death like we do in the summer, doesn’t mean we don’t need to be drinking electrolytes in the winter! Use your Stanley 30 oz. Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler to get them in!
*Cut out the noise… We only have so much energy and time and so I’m finding that I feel best when I’m selective about what I’m allowing to be input in my brain. The more introspective I am trusting my gut, the better I feel overall. Anything that makes you feel less than, chaotic or uneasy is just noise… It is not something we need to absorb.
*Don’t forget that sleep can and should win sometimes… If the choice is between another hour of sleep if you have been up too late celebrating or a run, choose the sleep. Think about Maslow’s Hierarchy Needs, if you can’t fulfill your basic needs (the base of the pyramid), there is no way to ever fulfill anything else and become your best self.
*Know when to say no! If I feel bad about saying no to something that isn’t going to work for me, I remind myself that I would want someone to say no to me if it wasn’t going to work for them. I wouldn’t want someone to resent me for having to do something that was making them overly stressed! Don’t overdo it this season!
*Lately, I’ve been reminding myself to talk to myself the way I talk to my kids. Never would I ever talk to them the way I criticize myself sometimes. I’m trying talking to myself the way I talk to them. Talk to yourself this season like you would talk to your best friend. I swear this alone can change our whole lives.
*Try something new. A new tradition, a new hobby, a new book genre, a new route, a new friend… I think we were made to try new things throughout our lives and we are wired to feel good when we do, especially when it involves connections with our people and our communities.
I hope your prep for this time of year is going so well! Hit up the Stanley 1913’s Winter Wonderland Collection exclusively at DICK’S Sporting Goods! You will fall in love with the 6 different hues to choose from.
