FedEx St. Jude: Complete 4th round tee times see who advances playoffs

Welcome to Playing Through’s daily ritual — Golf Talk Today.

Each day, the crew will discuss various elements of the PGA Tour, LPGA, LIV Golf, and more.

The final round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship is here, which means the Top 70 will become the Top 50 for next week’s playoff event.

Hideki Matsuyama holds a five-shot lead at 17-under over PGA Tour rookie Nick Dunlap, who sits at 12-under overall. Viktor Hovland is in solo third at 11-under. To round out the Top 5 ahead of the final round are Scottie Scheffler and Sam Burns, tied in fourth at 10-under.

Matsuyama could run away with it on Sunday, but anything could happen with so much on the line.

Sunday will be a massive day for all 70 players as they battle to earn the crucial FedEx Cup points needed to advance.

Who will end their season in Memphis, but more importantly, who will head to Colorado for the BMW Championship?

Brew a pot of coffee, grab some snacks, and settle in as we prepare you for the final round of the PGA Tour’s first of three playoff events at the FedEx St. Jude Championship.
