As a travel writer, I spend the majority of my work life traveling. So when travel professionals like flight attendants have recommendations on trip essentials that make life easier, I’m all ears. After all, they’re on the front lines flying from coast to coast, country to country, and spending long hours on their feet. Since flight attendants are always on the move and know the ins and outs of air travel, they have a wealth of information on things that can make traveling seamless. 

I was ecstatic to connect with three flight attendants who shared valuable suggestions for flying and packing, including investing in comfy matching sets, packing cubes, carry-on backpacks, and more. Both Mascis and Treet have maxi dresses on the top of their packing list. Needless to say, as a carry-on-only traveler and packing expert, I’m in agreement with them. As a busy world traveler, Smith is well-versed in the art of navigating busy cities and staying stylish while doing so.
