Allegiant Air, a low-cost airline based in Las Vegas, recently published dozens of last-minute flight deals to popular destinations throughout Florida, including Fort Myers, Tampa, and Orlando. The deals also extend to popular winter getaways such as Las Vegas and Phoenix, and best of all, most of the flights are under $70 one-way.
Some of the deals include flights from Savannah / Hilton Head, SC (SAV) to Punta Gorda / Ft. Myers (PGD) from $39, Asheville, NC (AVL) to Orlando, FL (MCO) for $48, and Flint, MI (FNT) to Destin / Ft. Walton Beach, FL (VPS) $47.
Travel + Leisure spotted a variety of additional one-way fares including:
- Cincinnati, OH (CVG) to Ft. Lauderdale, FL (FLL) from $40
- Cincinnati, OH (CVG) to Orlando/Sanford, FL (SFB) from $48
- Fresno, CA (FAT) to Las Vegas, NV (LAS) from $49
- Grand Rapids, MI (GRR) to Orlando/Sanford, FL (SFB) from $67
- Green Bay, WI (ATW) to Orlando/Sanford, FL (SFB) from $65
- Knoxville, TN to Orlando/Sanford, FL (SFB) from $58
- Provo, UT (PVU) to Phoenix / Mesa, AZ (AZA) from $70
Travelers should be advised that the discounted fares are sold in Allegiant’s lowest class of service, which does not include advance seat assignment or carry-on bags.
“In order to keep fares as low as possible, Allegiant offers many a-la-carte services you can add to your travel itinerary for a fee,” Allegiant shares on its website.
The fares are available while supply lasts, with no scheduled end date, and are valid for travel throughout December 2024 and January 2025, with the exception of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
The time period aligns with what is known as the “shoulder travel season” when airlines and hotels are less busy and offer more discounts. Travelers looking to save even more in the coming weeks should monitor for “Travel Tuesday” deals.
