For 90 years, GNC has been considered a leading name in the fitness industry because of their innovation and leadership in the supplement space. Whereas many companies and brands come and go, GNC has not only celebrated longevity, but they are as relevant as ever thanks to their own products as well as their competitive prices for all supplements both in-store and online.

Last weekend, GNC featured a must-visit booth in the middle of all the action in the Arnold Expo in Columbus, OH and hosted a variety of fitness celebrities and expo attendants while offering a variety of samples for them to enjoy while spending time at their booth, including their own LIT ready-to-drink preworkout, which is considered second-to-none in in the preworkout category. Past, present, and future GNC customers were also treated to a 15% off coupon so they could save some hard-earned money the next time they needed to restock on their favorite supplements.

M&F and Olympia Director of Media Frank Sepe has seen many brands and companies come and go throughout his own incredible career in the fitness world. He joined the folks from GNC in the booth, and the fans that were there with Sepe could see first-hand why he called GNC “America’s most trusted nutritional supplement retailer.”

Other celebrities were in town to be a part of the unique and positive energy, including WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg. Goldberg caught a lot of attention for obvious reasons, but he told Sepe that he was just as enamored by being around the fans as they were to see him there.

“I’m just here,” said the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion. “I’m just in awe of all the people standing next to us. I’m just trying to carry it on.”

Chris Bumstead Speaks

Sepe did spend some time away from the booth and managed to catch up with six-time Classic Physique Olympia champion Chris Bumstead, who is also part owner of RAW Nutrition and the founder of his own BUM energy line. He recently retired from the stage and has no intentions of reconsidering that decision.

“I’m very at peace with it,” Bumstead said. However, he did credit bodybuilding for the life and all the success he enjoys today.

“Bodybuilding alone and being in this world is the reason I met my wife (former Bikini Olympia champion Courtney King). I can’t even begin to explain how it has changed my life.”

The big weekend in Columbus may be over, but GNC’s 90 years of science backed innovation and energy can still be felt at the over 2,000 GNC stores across the country.
