JetBlue’s Latest Promotion Could Give You Up to 360,000 Free TrueBlue Miles—Here’s How

• JetBlue is offering bonus points for travelers who purchase its TrueBlue miles. 
• Travelers can earn as much as 150 percent bonus on purchases. 
• The promotion could provide as much as a 360,000 mile bonus with the maximum purchase. 

It just got easier to fast-track a free vacation. 

JetBlue recently announced a bonus point promotion that offers extra TrueBlue miles on mileage purchases made through its website. In addition to earning miles while flying, JetBlue sells its miles directly for travelers who may not have enough for their preferred ticket or just want to stock up. 

Travelers can earn the bonus by making the points purchase through April 20, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. In order to earn the bonus points, customers must purchase at least 3,000 miles. As an example, a 3,000 point purchase would earn a 3,600 bonus, for a total of 6,600 points, at a total cost of $90. The highest amount that can be purchased is 300,000 points, which would provide a whopping 360,000 bonus, for a total of 660,000 points at a rate of $9,000. 

To purchase, travelers must log in to their JetBlue TrueBlue account, and select “buy miles”. The airline has also sent emails about the promotion to its frequent flyers. 

“Your springboard to a good time,”  JetBlue shared on its website about the promotion. 

JetBlue’s award program provides flexibility, where travelers can redeem on any of their flights with no blackout dates, and the points never expire. JetBlue previously launched a feature that allows up to seven account holders to pool points together and combine points. 

As an example of the cost of a flight, a one-way ticket from New York, NY (JFK) to Orlando, FL (MCO) can be as low as 5,300 miles, according to JetBlue flight data viewed by Travel + Leisure. 

For travelers on other airlines, Southwest Airlines also recently began a point purchase promotion, with up to 50 percent increase in points for purchases made by April 4, 2025.
