The orange sauce is the star of this dish, and getting it just right is key. Instead of using cornstarch, we’re keeping it with xanthan gum. I have made a separate recipe for orange sauce, where you simmer a few ingredients in a saucepan with soy sauce and vinegar to get a result with minimal net carbs.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE KETO ORANGE CHICKEN

Fourth Step: Cook in the Air Fryer
