8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, completely softened

½ cup Oikos Vanilla greek yogurt

2 tbsp sugar free honey

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, combine your crushed graham crackers and butter until combined. You can skip this step if you want it crustless.

In another bowl, whip your cream cheese and Greek yogurt together until smooth. Add honey, vanilla and lemon juice and mix.

Using a silicone mini muffin pan, add your graham cracker crust to the bottom and flatten with a metal spoon.

Dollop your cheesecake mixture on top and place in the fridge for one hour to set.

One set, remove your cheesecake, bites and top with whipped cream and fruit!
