Low Carb Pizookie



 

 

Servings: 1

*For a family size, multiply this recipe by 4!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour 

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener 

  • 1 tbsp butter 

  • Dash of salt

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free milk chocolate chips (discount code: lowcarblove)

Toppings:

  • Choczero sugar free chocolate syrup (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • Low calorie ice cream of choice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F 

  2. In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients for your cookie and mix until your dough is combined

  3. In a small cast iron skillet, spray with avocado oil or line with parchment paper.  

  4. Add your cookie dough and spread.

  5. Bake for 10-15 mins. 

  6. Top with ice cream and chocolate syrup and enjoy! You want to eat it right away.
