- ½ cup lemon juice or freshly squeezed lemon juice – can use either orange juice or water
- ⅓ cup sugar – adjust to your liking if you use sugar substitutes
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 cup of water – use fresh when they are in season

- Blend the lemon juice, sugar, and water in a blender such as a Magic Bullet and pour it into a Ninja Creami Pint.
- Freeze: Place the lid on the pint and freeze for about 6-8 hours or until the mixture is solid.
- Blend in the Ninja Creami: Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and attach it to the Ninja Creami Machine. Select the “Sorbet” setting and let the machine do its magic.
- Check to see how the sorbet is looking after the first blend. Might have to add in some orange juice or water and then respin it.
