Pizza pull-apart bread is a mouth-watering and easy-to-make recipe that is perfect for sharing with friends and family. This delicious dish is essentially a loaf of bread that has been filled with pizza toppings and then baked to perfection. The result is a warm, cheesy, and flavorful bread that can be pulled apart and shared among a group.
When the bread is finished baking, it will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with gooey melted cheese and savory pizza toppings in every bite. Serve it warm and watch it disappear quickly!
This is a fun recipe anyone will enjoy making and it is a unique twist on regular boring pizza. Refrigerated pizza dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese are baked together in layers in a loaf pan. Anyone can just take their own part piece and pull it apart whenever they want!

Ingredients for Bread
- Refrigerated biscuit dough like Pillsbury –These versatile biscuits are a great addition to any meal and can be used to create a variety of dishes, from sweet to savory.
- Pizza sauce–make your own pizza sauce or use your favorite store bought brand
- Shredded mozzarella cheese or any type of shredded cheese – I like to use Reduced-Fat Cheese because it has a lower calorie count and less saturated fat than regular cheese, but it may also have a different taste and texture.
- Sliced pepperoni –regular or turkey pepperoni is fine
- Additional pizza toppings–You can choose to add your favorite vegetables, meats, and herbs to create a unique flavor profile. Whether you prefer a classic Margherita pizza or a loaded meat lovers pizza, there is a pizza topping combination that will satisfy your taste buds.
