Romaine,Avocado and Bacon Salad with Warm Balsamic Dressing is a wonderful addition to a winter meal. The combination of salty bacon, buttery avocado, crisp lettuce and warm balsamic is a wonderful variety of flavors!
The salad is a combination of romaine lettuce, avocado, bacon and itβs topped with a warm balsamic dressing. I know a warm dressing can sound a little different, but trust meβ¦itβs so,so good!
The salad would be fantastic paired with white dinner rolls,or fermented sourdough.
There are many varieties of balsamic, but for this recipe,a basic organic balsamic vinegaris a good choice.
For some extra flavor, you can add a fried or poached egg on top of the salad. This combination would be perfect for brunch!
