Ingredients

  • packet Aeroplane Jelly Crystals Reduced Sugar Rasberry (85g)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Empty contents of jelly sachet into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved.

  2. Pour greek yoghurt into a large bowl and add the cooled jelly.

  3. Whisk together using a whisk or a fork until well combined and smooth.

  4. Pour into 6 silicone muffin moulds or individual cups.

  5. Refrigerate overnight to set.

  6. Serve as is, or top with fresh fruit.

  7. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
