You basically layer the whole idea of S’more and then place some cookie dough on top and bake it in the oven. I’ll be making these quite a bit! Next to that Viral Anna Paul Turkish Pasta Recipe.
You can also make these in the air fryer but I haven’t tried that yet. I just made them in the oven.
Ingredients You’ll Need for Smore Cookies
To make these delicious air fryer s’mores cookies, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 24 Graham Cracker sheets
- 24 Large Marshmallows
- Pillsbury Ready to Bake Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, 24 Cookies, 16 oz
- 24 Mini Hershey Chocolate Bars
How to Make Smore Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place graham crackers on a non stick sheet pan. On top of the graham cracker place a large marshmallow.
Take one piece of the raw cookie dough and make a round circle with your fingers large enough to fit over the marshmallow. It’s ok if it doesn’t fit over the graham cracker.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. When the cookies come out the oven place a Hershey’s chocolate bar on top.
Once the cookies are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes. This will help them firm up slightly, making them easier to handle. Serve them warm for the ultimate gooey, chocolatey experience.
Tips for Success
- Watch the cookies closely: Air fryers can vary in cooking times, so keep a close eye on your first batch to avoid overcooking.
- Experiment with toppings: Add a sprinkle of sea salt or a drizzle of caramel for an extra layer of flavor.
- Storage: Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
In conclusion, air fryer s’mores cookies are a delightful and innovative way to enjoy the classic s’mores flavor without the need for a campfire.
