“With the introduction of these enhanced services, the Residences are setting a new standard in luxury hospitality,” said Sonu Shivdasani, CEO and Co-Founder of Soneva. “We are thrilled to offer an even more exclusive and personalised experience to our guests travelling with extended family, friends or in groups of all sizes, making their stay truly memorable and inspiring a lifetime of rare experiences.”
The Residences include select three- to nine-bedroom villas. Click here to view applicable villas at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani. The list includes some of the world’s largest resort villas, including Villa 11 at Soneva Fushi (9 bedroom Reserve) and the 4 Bedroom Water Reserve at Soneva Jani.
Soneva Fushi’s vision of a playful deserted-island mansion comes to full fruition on an oceanic scale in Villa 11, the largest and most impressive beach villa in the Maldives: the nine bedroom Private Reserve, located on the island’s southeastern tip, offering direct access to a private stretch of white sand beach and turquoise lagoon. The enormous villa represents the epitome of a jungle fantasy, featuring palmfrond roofs, woven ropes and tree branch banisters. There are nine bedrooms, each one coming with its own bathroom, all centered around an open air living room with kitchen and a massive, lagoon-like swimming pool with sunken dining area and waterslide. The villa feels like a resort within a resort as it offers everything, from a children’s room and TV lounge, to its own spa area, sauna, and gym as well as a master bedroom with private pool.
The 4 Bedroom Water Reserve at Soneva Jani is the largest overwater villa in the Maldives, located on the resort’s south jetty. The Water Reserve features a wide outdoor deck with large pool, waterslide, sofas and catamaran nets perfect for lounging, sunbathing, dining or just taking in the sunset. The master bedroom is on the lower floor with an adjoining children’s sleeping area, master bathroom, dressing room, steam and shower, outdoor shower with a sunken bathtub and a sauna room. On the same floor is the dining area and open kitchen, living room with seating area, and a a second bedroom which has its own bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms are on the upper floor, along with the TV lounge, and gym. Guests staying in the Water Reserve can indulge with unlimited dining and drinks, experiences, spa treatments, a personal Barefoot Butler and more under Soneva Unlimited.
